All our products are 100% genuine and we guarantee the authenticity of each of them as we only engage with authorised suppliers. These are backed up by genuine Australian Warranties and we endeavour to maintain these standards.
Do you post throughout Australia and Internationally?
Yes, we post orders all around Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this stage.
How much is it for postage and how long will it take?
Shipping around Australia for orders over $50 are FREE. For orders under $50, there is a charge of $7.95.
There is a $99 Shipping fee on our tanning booth systems due to their weight and size.
What happens if my item gets lost in the post?
Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, we an no longer be responsible for your parcel. we provide a tracking number with each and every parcel. Please use this tracking number to monitor your parcel. We use Australia Post or Sendle depending on the locations. If you are having any issues with your tracking number, please let us know and we can assist where possible. For any parcels not received, we can assist to lodge investigations with the shipping companies.
Can I send a product to a friend?
ABSOLUTELY!. Just order your items and change your shipping address to the address you want your items to be delivered to. Your address will appear on the billing address however your friend's address will appear on the shipping address.
My parcel is taking longer top receive than expected
From time to time Australia Post and Australian Courier services can run a little slower than expected and especially around peak periods.
