Processing & Handling

Please allow up to 1-4 business days for processing and handling.

2-7 business days + processing & handling time.

 Delivered anywhere in Australia. If you live in a rural area you may experience a slightly longer delivery time. Shipped by Australia Post network.

SHIPPING

Delivery Times: AusPost advise of delays in their network due to Covid-19. As a result, some delivery time frames above may be extended. Please check above link for latest AusPost network updates.

 Australia Post have mandated parcels will not currently require a signature (regardless of customer instructions) to avoid close contact. Drivers will ask your name upon delivery and also take photos as proof of delivery to your premises. If not home, parcels may be left at your premises with photo taken.

All shipping is carried out through Australian Post ,Sendle which is a traceable service with no signature required on delivery.

Please also allow for delays and extensions to this time frame during peak times in the year such as Christmas, New Year's, and national emergencies or crises.

*Due to the impact of the current covid surges operations maybe limited and experience extended handling and shipping and supply chains times during this time.

TRANSIT TIMES

Transit times given on this site are estimates provided by our shipping partners and should be used as a guide.  Celcius Beauty makes no guarantees with regard to shipping times or delays that are beyond our control. Should your order not have reached your Australian address in 10 business days, please contact our Customer Service Team.. 

REDIRECTION 

Should you choose to redirect your parcel, this is outside the control of Celcius Beauty and from that point forward you assume responsibility for delivery to the new address. Redirection issues are between yourself and AusPost.

Please note, any delivery instructions you provide are subject to the discretion of Australia Post drivers. Drivers are not able to call customers prior to or at the time of delivery.

If the deliver person deems in to be unsafe to delivered the parcel, AusPost will take your parcel to the nearest Post Office. A collection card will be left at your premises and you will be required to collect your parcel from the relevant Post Office within 10 business days.  After this time AusPost will return the parcel to us..
