General Dispatch Information
Celcius Beauty partners with Australian suppliers to provide a wide range of products.
Orders may be dispatched from Australian warehouses or directly from approved third-party suppliers within Australia.
Orders are processed and dispatched on business days only (Tuesday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Handling Time
Orders are dispatched within 1–4 business days.Handling time apply to dispatch only and do not include delivery transit time.Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier performance, supplier dispatch location, and peak periods.
Delivery Method & Safe Drop
All parcels are shipped using tracked delivery services via Australia Post, Direct Freight, Couriers Please or Star Track. Safe drop may be enabled where available.If a driver determines that safe drop is not suitable, the parcel may be redirected to the nearest post office or collection point.Delivery decisions (safe drop vs. carded delivery) are made at the carrier’s discretion, not by Celcius Beauty.Signature on delivery may be required, depending on the carrier’s current procedures.
Oversized & Special Items
Oversized items (tanning equipment) will:
Require additional handling time
Be shipped directly from approved third-party suppliers
Arrive separately from the remainder of your order
Lost, Missing, or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe after dispatch, please contact us so we can assist, please contact us at info@celcius.com.au so we can assist. Celcius Beauty will work with the carrier to investigate missing or delayed parcels in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Responsibility After Delivery
Once an order has been confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the parcel transfers in line with carrier confirmation, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details are correct at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address supplied by the customer may not be eligible for replacement or refund, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Returns & Consumer Rights
Returns are accepted in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.Faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items are eligible for repair, replacement, or refund by required by law. Change-of-mind returns are eligible for store credit only, subject to conditions outlined in our Returns Policy.Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
