These Terms of Use apply together with our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns Policy, Privacy Policy, and Payment Policy, which form part of your agreement with us.
If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and a specific policy, the specific policy will apply to that subject matter.

By accessing or using the Website, each visitor (you, your) agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use. Your use of the Website and/or purchase of any products or services indicates your acceptance of these Terms.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms.

An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation and/or dispatch confirmation.

If we are unable to fulfil an order (for example, due to stock availability, address issues, or payment authorisation), we will contact you and refund amounts paid for unavailable items.

- Orders containing multiple items may be dispatched in separate shipments.

4. Prices, GST, and Promotions

Unless stated otherwise, prices displayed on the Website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. Shipping charges are displayed clearly at checkout before payment.

Prices, promotions, and product availability may change from time to time.

If a material pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you before processing where reasonably possible and provide you with available options, including proceeding at the corrected price or suggesting and alternative product or issuing a store credit. 

Online pricing and promotions may differ from in-store pricing and promotions.

5. Payments

Payment must be made using the payment options displayed at checkout.

Online card payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Celcius Beauty does not store full credit or debit card details.

Payments are securely processed using certified payment providers - Stripe.
Additional authentication such as 3D Secure may apply depending on your card issuer.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery information, including costs and estimated timeframes, are set out at checkout and in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

We use elivery providers including Australia Post and Direct Freight (and other courier services where required).

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, peak periods, or access to delivery locations.

If there is an issue with delivery, we will provide reasonable assistance where possible.

Orders are dispatched on business days only (Tuesday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

If these Terms are inconsistent with our Shipping & Delivery Policy, the Shipping & Delivery Policy will apply to shipping-specific matters.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

Where a product is faulty, not as described, or does not meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.

We may request photographs or other reasonable information to assist in assessing a return or fault claim.

8. Changes and Cancellations

Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Orders are processed quickly and generally cannot be cancelled once placed. In some cases, we may be able to assist prior to dispatch.

If a cancellation request is submitted and approved at our discretion, a refund or other remedy will be provided in accordance with our Returns Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

Cancellation requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

9. Product Information and Packaging Changes

We aim to keep product descriptions and images accurate. Manufacturers may update or change packaging from time to time.

Where packaging changes occur, products may be supplied in updated packaging without prior notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia and any courts entitled to hear appeals.
