Orders are processed and dispatched on business days only (Tuesday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Delivery Method & Safe Drop
All parcels are shipped using tracked delivery services via Australia Post, Direct Freight, Couriers Please, or StarTrack.
Safe drop may be enabled where available. If safe drop is not suitable, the parcel may be redirected to the nearest post office or collection point.
Delivery decisions are made at the carrier’s discretion.
