Celcius Beauty is an Australian-owned and operated online retailer. All orders are fulfilled locally within Australia and shipped to customers nationwide using trusted delivery partners.
Celcius Beauty remains responsible for all customer support, order enquiries, delivery updates, and returns in accordance with our Shipping and Returns Policies.
Orders are dispatched from Australian warehouses.
Orders are processed and dispatched on business days only (Tuesday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Australian Shipping Options
Standard Shipping (Australia-wide)
Orders over $60: Free standard shipping on eligible orders (delivery 1–10 business days after dispatch)
Orders under $60: $9.99 flat rate shipping fee (delivery 1–10 business days after dispatch)
Handling Time
Orders are dispatched within 1–4 business days. Handling time applies to dispatch only and does not include delivery transit time.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, and peak delivery periods.
Delivery Method & Safe Drop
All parcels are shipped using tracked delivery services via Australia Post, Direct Freight, Couriers Please, or StarTrack.
Safe drop may be enabled where available. If safe drop is not suitable, the parcel may be redirected to the nearest post office or collection point.
Delivery decisions are made at the carrier’s discretion.
Oversized & Special Items
Oversized items (such as tanning equipment) may:
Require additional handling time
Arrive separately from the remainder of your order
Lost, Missing, or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe after dispatch, please contact us at info@celcius.com.au
. Celcius Beauty will work with the carrier to investigate missing or delayed parcels in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Responsibility After Delivery
Once an order has been confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility transfers in line with carrier confirmation, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details are correct at checkout.
Returns & Consumer Rights
Returns are accepted in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items are eligible for repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.
Change-of-mind returns are eligible for store credit only, subject to conditions outlined in our Returns Policy.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
