How to use Olaplex
The fantastic thing about Olaplex is that you can use it at home to achieve salon results. Using the Olapex products that are best suited to your hair and its needs is simple. Start by using an Olaplex shampoo to wash your hair, once rinsed out and hair is dirt and oil-free we love to use Olaplex no. 3. Apply a generous amount of Olaplex Hair Perfector to dry or towel dry hair, gently combing the product through. The mask can be left in for 10 - 90 minutes before being washed out of Olaplex shampoo, Followed by gently applying conditioner.
Once rinsed your hair is ready to be styled, it's as easy as that! Olaplex has some awesome products to help assist you in making your hair styling simple as well, we have recently been loving Olaplex no. 6.
Which Olaplex should I use?
Choosing the right products comes down to first finding out your hair type and its needs. Shampoo and conditioner are always a great start, Olaplex no. 4 and no. 5 are great for all hair types, especially for those looking to strengthen and hydrate hair. Olaplex no 3 is their best seller, it's an all-rounder that works amazingly for all hair types, created to maintain strength, structure, integrity, softness and shine.
If you're looking to go the extra step with your hair care Olaplex has, even more, to offer from their range. Olaplex no. 8 is an intense hair mask, great for helping to repair damaged hair. If you are a die-hard hair styler then there's Olaplex no. 6 which helps combat frizz, yes, please!. We stock a range of Olaplex products including home treatments, moisture masks, bonding products, shampoos, conditioners and purple shampoos. Our best selling Olaplex Hair Perfector No.3 Home Treatment is great for strengthening, repairing and restoring hair and can be used easily at home. Another fan favourite is the Olaplex No.8 Bond Intense Moisture Mask which is Applied to clean, damp hair and worked through with fingers, left in for around 10 minutes and then rinsed out before styling. We love that Olaplex products are easy to use and not messy, making them great for at-home use whilst still delivering salon-quality results!
