Instructions for use:
1. Clean the mouth guard and then dry it, next gently brush your teeth with toothpaste and rinse them with water. Remove teeth whitening light from packaging and mouth tray from case.
2. Attach the mouth guard to the teeth whitening light.
3. Apply Vitamin E & Aloe Swab. Break open one side at the red line, and the Vitamin E and Aloe dispenses out the other end. Apply onto lips and gums prior to treatment.
3. Apply 0.5ml syringe of Whitening Gel into each side of the mouth guard. Apply just enough to coat the frontal surfaces of your teeth but do not putany on your gums.
4. Place the mouth guard over your teeth. Wipe off any gel that comes in contact with your gums.
5. Press the start button on the teeth whitening light and use a stopwatch for a 10 minute countdown, close your mouth to adjust the guard.
6. Turn off teeth whitening light after 10 minutes, remove the mouth guard.
7. Rinse your teeth with warm water, then take off the mouth tray from the whitening light and clean it. Store in mouth guard case.
8. Repeat this whitening procedure until you have acheived your desired results.
9. If you have purchased the Remineralizing Gel, apply .5ml per teeth whitening instructions. Greatly reduces tooth sensitivity by hydrating the enamel and coating it with calcium phosphate. Use until sensitivity resolves.
