• For maximum fuller, velvet suede matte lips and for plump voluptuous looks, outline the outer rim of the lips including the pillows of the lips. After application of Garbo & Kelly Lip colour reline the lips for a defined lip look* Use lip lner directly on or outside the natural lip line, outlining from one corner to another.
• Extra gloss or lip plumper on the pillows and cupids bow of the lips will achieve a plumper pout.
• Exfoliate the lips removing any dead skin to create a smooth base for the lipstick and liner.
